KARACHI: A magistrate on Wednesday sent Norez Baloch, son of ruling PPP’s MNA Sher Muhamamd Baloch, to jail on 14-day judicial remand.
Sher Mohammad Baloch was arrested for allegedly beating the reservation officer of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
The incident reportedly took place early on Tuesday, when Nauroz Mohammad Baloch, 24, visited the airport to get a PIA ticket. It was not immediately clear exactly what provoked Nauroz, but he ended up beating the national flagship carrier’s reservation supervisor, Allah Dino Jatoi.
Police investigation officer said the accused was presented before the magistrate in Malir court on Wednesday who sent the youth to Landhi jail on 14-day judicial remand.
