LAHORE: The doctors of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and Young Doctor Association (YDA) failed to submit a reply in Lahore High Court (LHC) over their strike being staged across Punjab despite court orders.

Expressing displeasure over the non-submission of reply, the judge remarked that the court had already termed the strike of young doctors as illegal, adding that the court knows how to get its orders implemented.
The LHC Judge gave a deadline of January 25 to submit a reply to PMDC and young doctors and adjourned the hearing.
