Summary ATC has sent key accused of Shahzeb murder case, Shahrukh Jatoi and thre others on seven-day remand.
KARACHI: During the hearing, the Anti-Terrorism Court observed that the police did not have any evidence against Sikander Jatoi, father of Shahrukh Jatoi, and ordered his release.
Shahrukh Jatoi was extradited to Pakistan early Thursday morning from Dubai. He had surrendered to officials at the Pakistani consulate earlier this week.
Upon his arrival he was shifted to the Police Headquarters in Karachi.
