Summary PM Raja Pervez Ashraf has announced one day state mourning on martyrdom of Bashir Bilour.

 

Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has announced one day state mourning on the martyrdom of ANP leader and senrior minister Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Bashir Ahmad Bilour.

 

The national flag will fly at half mast.

 

The Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa has announced three days of mourning in the province while Awami National Party (ANP) will observe 10 days of mourning on the martyrdom of Bashir Bilour. Black flags would be hoisted at all ANP offices and workers will wear black arm bands.

 

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Coordination Committee has announces three days of mourning over the killing of Bashir Ahmed Bilour and called on people to hoist black flags over their shops and residences to express sympathy with the bereaved families.

 

Meanwhile, ANP activists burnt tyres at the Junction Chowk in Quetta in protest against killing of Bashir Bilour. A complete shutter down strike will be observed in the city today.
