KARACHI: Six people including a policeman and doctor were gunned down in Karachi on Wednesday despite tall claims of law enforcement institutions.
According to Dunya News, two people were killed in firing incident in Landhi Sherpao Colony; however the victims could not be identified.
In the same way, unknown armed men gunned down Abdulghaffar and Sohail Jan who were sitting in a hotel in Baldia Town-2. The bodies of victims were shifted to civil hospital for legal formalities.
Separately, miscreants hit Saeed Abad police station Sub-Inspector Mukhtar Ghumman who was on his way to official duty. The cop got severely injured and shifted to Murshad Hospital where he succumbed to injuries.
In Zia Colony, doctor Zubair was gunned down by unknown armed men who escaped from the site of occurrence after committing the crime.
On the other hand, after the funeral prayer of Zubair who had been killed last day, unknown armed men created law and order situation in Bangash colony and ultimately torched a police van.
