LAHORE: In a meeting with the senior party leaders from Sindh, Nawaz said PML-N would solve problems of Sindh after coming to power, adding collective efforts were required for peace in Karachi.

 

People of Sindh are being subjected to discrimination and LG Ordinance was tantamount to division of Sindh.


He slammed government is ignoring Karachi and this. People of Sindh and Karachi are facing oppression.


The Supreme Court in its verdict has named the parties having militant wings but these parties are sitting in the coalition government. How the situation of Karachi can improve under these conditions, he asked.


He pledged that he had many plans for the uplift of Karachi, including the construction of an underground metro.


Answering to a query he said construction of Kalabagh Dam without national consensus would not be in the interest of the country.


A delegation of PML-N leaders from Sindh lead by Syed Ghous Ali Shah held a meeting with PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif at his Raiwand residence.
