ISLAMABAD: Talking to media persons Syed Khurshid Ali Shah said Supreme Court should order delimitation of constituencies throughout country, not only in Karachi.
Reacting to SC decision in Balochistan Case, he said it was not the job of judiciary to declare any government as constitutional or unconstitutional.
“Courts should not give verdicts that can create problems in future for everyone,” Khurshid said.
He said Asghar Khan Case has been buried and government will not hand over Nawaz Sharif to FIA.
“Some elements are trying their utmost to create bad blood between political forces,” he said.
The Supreme Court should order delimitation of constituencies throughout country, adding that delimitation only in Karachi will create an impression of partiality.
He said Bilawal Bhutto will not take part in elections due to age factor, he said.
He further said that President Zardari would not lead the PPP election campaign in the upcoming general elections.
Talks with Opposition regarding caretaker setup have not started as yet, he informed.
