Summary Justice Umar Ata Bandial heard a petition pertaining to unscheduled electricity load shedding.
During case proceeding on Friday, counsel for the federation, Khwaja Tariq Rahim informed court that federal government is willing to construct the dam, however, efforts are being made to reach consensus over the matter.
In response, Justice Umar Ata Bandial said that Kalabagh Dam's name could be changed, if it reminds of bitter reminiscence.
The dam can be constructed after making few administrative changes, he added.
The case hearing was adjourned till December 17.
