Summary LHC CJ has excused himself from hearing the petition challenging the status of Gilani as PM.
The petitioner stated that Gilani can no more hold the office of prime minster after being convicted by Supreme Court and requested the court to disqualify him.Excusing himself from hearing the petition, Lahore High Court (LHC) chief justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed forwarded the case to justice Umer Ata Bandial.
