Summary LHC Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed has agreed to be appointed as judge of the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and LHC Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed communicated by telephone and discussed the matter in detail.During this Justice Azmat Saeed expressed his willingness, saying he had no objection to the appointment as judge of Apex Court.The meeting of Judicial Commission would be held on May 18 and the issue would be given final shape.After Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Umar Ata Bandyal would be the Chief Justice of Lahore High Court.
