Champions of democracy mocking judiciary: JI

Addressing Karachi Bar Association Amir Jamaat e Islamai Syed Munawar Hassan said that masses had voted in the elections of 2008 for change but the rulers are unscrupulous who have nothing to do with the problems of the people.He said that the rule of law has no value in the eyes of rulers as they are niether following the court verdicts nor the joint resolution of the parliament.He said that Nawaz Sharif wanted only solo flight; therefore, the outcome of go Gilani go’ slogan would not be different from that of ‘go Zardari go’ slogan.He said that military operation was not a solution to issue of Balochistan; rather local resources should be spent in the very province from where they are derived. In this way Balochistan would become the most prosperous province of the country, he concluded.
