Summary The Supreme Court on Tuesday again did not frame contempt of court charges against Babar Awan.
Supreme Court’s bench comprising Justice Athar Saeed and Justice Ejaz Afzal resumed hearing of the contempt charges against former law minister Babar Awan today.During today’s proceedings, Awan’s counsel Barrister Ali Zafar said that hearing of Intra Court Appeal on the indictment order is due on Wednesday, that is why the court should not indict his client today.On this, the court has adjourned the hearing till Thursday (May 17).
