SC to resume hearing of three cases today

The Supreme Court will resume hearing of Waheeda Shah case, contempt case against Babar Awan and target killing case in Balochistan today.In the Balochistan target killing case, the three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had directed the concerned authorities to recover and produce three missing persons in the court and also summoned IG Balochistan and Inspector General FC.The same bench will also hear Babar Awan’s intra court case. Babar Awan has challenged his indictment despite offering apology in the contempt case.The Supreme Court will also hear application of Election Commission in which suspension of Waheeda Shah’s two years disqualification was challenged.
