Missing persons were picked up by FC: DIG Quetta

The court showed annoyance over the non-appearance of IG FC in the court. The three-member Supreme Court bench headed by the chief justice resumed the hearing of the missing persons’ case.The Advocate General Balochisan informed the court that the missing persons were taken in the FC vehicles according to the police. The CJP said it has been proved the missing persons were picked up by the FC.It will bring bad name to the FC, he remarked. He added the IG FC should have been present in the court. FC Major Sohail said the IG FC was busy somewhere. On this reply the court asked Major Sohail weather IG FC considered himself superior than the court.The court directed the major to contact the IG FC to ascertain as to when he could appear in the court. The Advocate general said on the occasion that the FC was under the control of the federal government.
