Summary A two-member bench heard the contempt of court case against Babar Awan.
Barrister Ali Zafar, counsel for Babar Awan, said that the the intra-court appeal that he filed against the decision of indicting his client despite unconditional apology being tendered by Babar Awan is still not held. Therefore, the court should postpone the contempt case hearing.A bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal adjourned the hearing till Tuesday after hearing the arguments of the counsel.
