Summary Copy of full verdict in PM contempt case has been forwarded to president.

According to details, the copies have been sent to fourteen concerned departments including Ministry of Law and Justice, secretary cabinet division and all high courts.The detailed judgment has also been forwarded to the Presidency, Prime Minister House, Chairman Senate, National assembly speaker, Chairman of Natioanl Accountability Bureauand Election Commission.Yesterday, the Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued detailed judgment against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in contempt of court case.The 77-page verdict was written by Justice Nasirul Mulk who headed a seven member bench during the course of proceedings against Gilani.The Prime Minister was sentenced for less than 30 seconds imprisonment in short order on April, 26.Gilani was convicted by the country’s top court for not implementing its orders of writing letter to Swiss authorities to reopen graft cases.
