EC contacts SC to get copy of detailed verdict

According to the sources, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has contacted the Registrar Office of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and has requested for provision of the copy of detailed verdict of the PM contempt case.The sources added that a high level meeting would be summoned after the reception of the copy of detailed verdict.Earlier, the Supreme Court had forwarded the copy of short verdict of the case to Speaker Office and Election Commission on April 26.A seven-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk announced the detailed verdict of PM contempt case on Tuesday.
