Summary PM Gilani has said that instead of agitation the PML-N should tender resignations from assemblies.

Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has said that instead of agitation against the elected government, the PML-N should tender resignations from the assemblies.Talking to a delegation of Lahore Press Club office-bearers that met him on Sunday, he said that Nawaz Sharif has always sided with dictators, adding that he should apologise over his undemocratic acts.He said that before expressing solidarity with judiciary, Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan should first study the Constitution. He said PPP has always fought with dictators while the PML-N has a record of supporting and facilitating dictators.He elaborated that Zardari and Gilani were fighting with a dictator when Nawaz Sharif and family were in Jeddah. He said that Nawaz Sharif would again sign deals and agreement and would leave for Saudi Arabia if he faced any untoward situation while PPP would continue its struggle in the country.The Prime Minister said that Nawaz Sharif is holding public meetings to avoid Mehran Bank scam. He said that the general elections would be held on its time. He added that it was not the work of judiciary to describe prime minister eligible or ineligible. He said that he has right to appeal, adding that he would file appeal after the release of detailed verdict by Supreme Court in the case.Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said that he fully respects the judiciary and would not allow tussle among the country’s institutions.The Prime Minister also announced grant of Rs 10 million for Lahore Press Club.
