Summary PM Gilanis elder son warned of action if opposition resisted the resolution for Saraiki province.
Talking to media, during his visit to the residence of PPP’s winner from Multan’s by-election, Usman Bhatti, he claimed that threats were being given over trying to carve out a new Seraiki province. He said that PPP had proved its popularity among masses by winning a seat that had always been traditionally PML-N’s. Resolving to assure the rights of Saraiki people, he said that Mian Nawaz Sharif could not become Premier for third time, unless he assured Saraiki people of their rights, besides winning the support of Gilgit-Baltistan and other provinces. Replying to a question, he said that “we had faced numerous litigations before and are not afraid to face as many again”.
