Summary PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad khan said that nobody would be allowed to take any illegal step.
While addressing an oath-taking ceremony at Peshawar High Court, the Chief Justice said that the lawyers should keep in view that rule of law regardless of their commitment to any political party. He said the solution to all problems lies in democracy. He said that ideal relation between bar and bench is indispensable for provision of quick justice. He said that the provincial government has been contacted to for form the Khyber Law College as University. Senior lawyer Barrister Zahoor Elahi took oath from newly elected members.
