Summary Sindh Assembly has approved a resolution while declaring removal of PM as unconstitutional.
The resolution was tabled by Provincial Law Minister Ayyaz Somro who said that Yousaf Raza Gilani is a constitutional prime minister elected by democratic system. The assembly has firm trust in his personality; therefore, it would be diametrically illegal and unconstitutional to remove him from office, said resolution.Provincial minister Rafiq Engineer said that Lyari operation is against criminal minded people involved in the sale of narcotics which is being put up for sale like toffees.Pir Mazharul Haque said that it was a difficult work to carry out; that is why the PPP had to take a commencement.Assembly members also prayed for the departed souls martyred in Lyari operation.
