Two-member bench of the Peshawar High Court headed by Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan resumed the hearing of missing persons case.The court resumed hearing of a petition filed by Fazal Manan regarding the disappearance of Zakir Hussain.Chief Secretary Khyber-Pakhtunkhawa Ghulam Dastgir, Secretary Defence Nargis Sethi, Home Secretary Azam Khan, Additional Home Secretary and Attorney General Irfan Qadir appeared before the court and assured their complete cooperation in the missing persons case.Chief Justice PHC Dost Muhammad Khan remarked that Pakistan Army has received appreciation due to its efficiency in war against terrorism but the missing persons case can affect its morale which is necessary to defend.The PHC Chief Justice directed Secretary Defence to hold a meeting on the issue of missing persons and submit its minutes to the court till May 16.
