Summary Lahore High Court Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed has summoned deputy attorney general on May 7.
During hearing of the plea, the petitioner’s lawyer A.K. Dogar said that Gilani cannot continue his duties as Prime Minister after being convicted by Supreme Court.The petition asked the court to declare PM Gilani as ineligible adding that court is free to take action under the constitution.
