Summary Punjab CM ordered Dr Rizwan to keep working as DPO despite transfer orders by federal government.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday refused to relieve Dr Rizwan as DPO Sargodha and ordered him to continue his services despite federal government’s order to transfer him to Balochistan.Earlier, on March 5, Dr Rizwan was transferred to Gilgit-Biltistan for registering a case against former PPP MPA Aslam Madhiana in teacher torture case. The Supreme Court took the notice of the matter and ordered to cancel the transfer.Aslam Madhianna allegedly broke the legs of a school teacher Nafees Khan, who pointed a finger at him for his involvement in crimes.
