SC verdict be implemented according to constitution: Shahbaz

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said Surpreme Court’s decision should be respected and implemented to ensure supremacy of the Constitution.While referring to Prime Minister Gilani’s conviction by the apex court in contempt case, Shahbaz Sharif said Prime Minister should step down immediately.A leader convicted in contempt of court cannot deal with country’s affairs, Shahbaz Sharif added.He also said that the time has proved the possibility to bring back looted Pakistani money from Swiss Banks.Supreme Courts ruling against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani triggered renewed political turmoil and drew strong reaction from the opposition parties.Gilani was charged with contempt for his refusal to pursue a long, dormant corruption case against , President Asif Ali Zardari.
