Summary Aitzaz Ahsan will continue his arguments in PM Gilani contempt case today.
On Tuesday, the apex court asked Aitzaz to complete arguments by tomorrow (Wednesday), to which he refused.PM’s attorney Aitzaz said he had more arguments and he could not finish with them by tomorrow. Justice Nasirulmulk asked Aitzaz to at least finish his arguments on the Article 10.Aitzaz argued that judges who issued the contempt notice to the prime minister, they could not hear the case. Aitzaz quoted the precedent of Hazrat Ali who forgave his enemy to disregard his anger.
