Extrajudicial murder: case against Nabil Gabol, SSP ordered

Both of them are accused of involved in the extrajudicial murder of a youth from Lyari namely Saqib Khan alias Sakhullah.On April 2, deceased Saqib Khan’s aunt Balqees Khanum had moved a writ petition in the court of Additional District and Session Judge South Abdur Razaq that SSP Chaudhry Aslam and MNA Nabeel Gabool murdered the victim Saqib Khan in a fake police encounter but the police refused to register a case against accused.The court, after hearing preliminary arguments from lawyers and reviewing postmortem report, had directed Chakiwara SHO to register case against accused after recording statement of the plaintiff.
