JUI-F Chief rejects Presidents appeal to end boycott

During the telephonic conversation, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) chief Mualana Fazlur Rehman has rejected President Zardari’s appeal to end their boycott against the proceedings of parliamentary committees on national security and domestic violence bill.According to the JUI-F spokesperson, Maulana Fazlur Rehman reiterated that his party will not support the bill on domestic violence until amendments are being made to some of its clauses. The spokesman further told that the final decision over the boycott of parliamentary committees will be taken during the upcoming party’s session.
