The Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) officials said on Monday that the electricity short fall in the country has reached up to 6000 megawatt. The increase in shortfall is due to non-payment to the oil providing companies, the official added.Sources said that the PEPCO needs about 35000 tons furnace oil daily to run its operations.The country is facing 8 t0 12 hours power loasdshedding.
