Summary Earth Hour is being observed and all the extra lights will be switched off from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.
Earth Hour is a global event organised by World Wide Fund (WWF) and is held on the last Saturday of March every year, asking people to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness about the need for action on climate change.
