Summary Lahore High Court accepted the petition against PM Gilanis disqualification.
A plea was filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday in which the petitioner adopted the stance that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani received billions of rupees loans from Agriculture Development Bank, National Bank but did not pay it back.A person committing massive corruption cannot be elected as Prime Minister under the constitutional clauses, the petitioner wrote.The court has accepted the petition and sent notices to National Bank, Agriculture Development Bank authorities and Attorney General to submit reply by April 11.
