Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took the suo moto of severely torturing a teacher by Aslam Madhiana an ex-MPA and father of a sitting PPP MPA Awais Madhiana in Sargodha and ordered Punjab Police Inspector General to submit a report on March 28 (today).On the other hand, Police declared Madhiana as the main accused of the teacher torture case and the Anti Terrorism Court Sargodha sent Madhiana on judicial.
