Summary Sindh government has reversed shoulder promotions of more than 4500 police employees.
The list of SPs and high rank officers has been referred to the Home Ministry.This step has taken on the direction of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The cops who have been stripped of shoulder promotions include those who got on-pay-scale promotion and out-of-turn promotions.
