Summary A 12-year-old orphan girl was raped by two scoundrels while heirs were barred from legal action.
Mediation meeting (Punchayat) imposed fine of Rs 1,20,000 on accused and ordered heirs not to register case against them.As per details, two notorious youth abducted 12-year-old girl Asia and allegedly raped her all the night. Later, accused threw the ill-fated girl on heap of garbage and escaped from the scene.The area people took the girl to her home and arranged a mediation company headed by Chaudhry Khalid who fined accused with Rs 1,20,000 as a compensation to the victim.He also pressurized the heirs of victim not to register any case against accused.
