A senior U.S, official says Washington and Islamabad will resume talks on the reopening of supply routes to Afghanistan after Pakistan completes a probe into an airstrike that killed 24 of its soldiers.Marc Grossman, U.S. special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan, said Friday that he respected the work of a parliamentary commission, which recommended on Monday that Pakistan should demand an unconditional apology from the U.S. before the routes are reopened.The panel investigating the Nov. 26 attack will submit its recommendations to the government.The supply route through Pakistan used to be NATOs main logistics link with landlocked Afghanistan. Most supplies for the NATO force now come through Russia and Central Asia.
