Summary Traders and industrialists have vowed not to pay electricity bills as a protest.
They have also announced to hold general strike on March 27 against raise in power rates.About 20 big industries and commercial organisations held a meeting at Chamber of Commerce and Industry and said that current raise in power price is equal to lock up the industrial sector.It was also decided that none of traders and factor owners would pay the bill.They said that rallies would be taken out against government decision on March 27.They also warned that if the government did not withdraw the raise in power price, movement of civil disobedience would be launched across the country.
