Summary President Asif Ali Zardari ordered to take action against extortionists without any discrimination.
It was decided in a meeting of high level in Ewan-e-Sadr in Islamabad where law order situation in Karachi was reviewed in detail. Sindh Governor and the Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah were also present.According to sources, Sindh Home Minister briefed meeting about latest situation of law and order and extortion.He also briefed about the MQM reservations on extortion and steps taken in this regard.The meeting was also briefed about arrests and protest demonstration in Lyari. Home Secretary, the IG, DIG, DG Rangers and CCPO Karachi also attended the meeting.
