A two-member bench of the Peshawar High Court headed by Chief Justice Dost Muhammad heard the case of Niaz Ali, who disappeared from Galnai.Niaz brother informed the court he knew that in whose detention his brother was.The court issued notice to the field commander of Mohmand Agency and also sought written reply from Interior Ministry regarding the case.
