Summary Memo Commission rejected cross-examination of Mansoor Ijaz by Attorney General.
Mansoor Ijaz said that he held a meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari for 45 minutes in Washington. His constitutional right was being negated by discouraging him from cross-examination because Army and the ISI are part of the federation through the Defence Ministry, he said.The Commission rejected the objection of Akram Shaikh and said that cross-examination is right of the AG.Replying to questions, Mansoor Ijaz said that he has some articles in his laptop, adding that he also had shared some information with the CNN.He said that the CNN contributor David Firm also had wrote some articles against him, causing harm to his name. He said that he held a meeting with the President in Washington for 45 minutes, adding that he also had air tickets mobile phones of Hussain Haqqani as evidence.
