Summary Traders are observing Black Day against the extortionists while miscreants set three buses on fire.
The traders have announced to observe complete shutter down strike against the extortion while educational institutions, business centres, petrol pumps and hotels remain closed. Public transport is suspended in the city while a large number of local passengers is facing problems in travelling.The MQM and other political parties and social organisations have supported the traders strikeAll examinations of Intermediate Board have been postponed and new date for the exams will be announced later. Federal Urdu University and Dao University have also cancelled examination papers that were scheduled to be held today.On the other hand, the miscreants opened firing in different areas of the city which has spread panic while three buses were set on fire.The MQM has decided to observe black day today against extortion incidents in the city.
