President Asif Ali Zardari will write a new chapter in the parliamentary history of the country when he will address the joint session of the parliament on March 17 for the fifth time in the five year term of the parliament.It is a democratic norm that the President address the joint session of the parliament, at the start of every new year of the National Assembly which has five year constitutional terms.President Zardari, the 12th head of state who took of his office as President of Pakistan on September 9, 2008, has the honour to address four times to this parliament and his address on March 17 will be his fifth address.
