Summary Hussain Haqqanis lawyer Zahid Bukhari has refused to appear before the commission.
During his cross-examination of Mansoor Ijaz harsh word were exchanged between the head of the judicial commission Qazi Faez Isa and Zahid Bukhari.Later, Bukhari refused to appear before the commission and said that Hussain Haqqani may arrange another lawyer. Bukhari was appearing before the commission via video link from the Pakistani High Commission in London.
