A session judge of Sargodha handed over ex-MPA Aslam Madhyana on one day Physical remand to police.Ex-MPA Aslam Madhyana was accused of breaking legs of a schoolteacher and has been arrested from the residence of PPP MNA Nadeem Afzal Chan last night from Johar Town Lahore.Earlier, the Lahore High Court had rejected Aslam Madhyana’s plea for bail in teacher torture case.Aslam Madhyana, ex MPA and father of sitting PPP MPA Awais Madhyana, had filed bail petition in the Lahore High Court seeking confirmation of bail in the teacher torture case.After hearing the arguments, the court rejected his plea and ordered the police to arrest him, but Madhyana had managed to flee.
