SC gave another order without hearing arguments: Aitzaz

Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan‚ counsel of the Prime Minister has said he will submit a detailed stance before the Supreme Court on the 19th of this month in the contempt of court proceedings against Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani.Talking to the media persons in outside Supreme Court in Islamabad on Wednesday‚ Aitzaz Ahsan said the stance will be submitted in accordance with the advice and directions of the prime minister. He further said that he has not yet argued whether the letter can be written to Swiss authorities or not.He complained that the court has given another order without hearing his arguments on behalf of his client.He maintained that President Asif Ali Zardari enjoys immunity both at home and abroad as long as he is holding the office. He said he will submit concrete arguments in this regard to convince the apex court that the prime minister has not committed contempt of court.
