Summary Brigadier Ali Khan has been shifted from Sialkot to Rawalpindi Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology.
Counsel for Ali Khan Advocate Colonel (r) Inam-ur-Rahim told the Dunya News that his client’s health fell suddenly during the trial and he has been shifted to Rawalpindi Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology on court’s order.Brig Al Khan was taken into custody from the GHQ a few months ago on charges of ties with defunct organisation Hizb-ul-Tehreer.He was arrested and after investigations, his other companions were also held. Court marshal was also recommended after completion of summary of evidence and he had been indicted on charges of having ties with the banned organisation.
