She said that life at times becomes very painful because bad things happened to people for no apparent reason. She said that people were facing many problems regarding health, financial, job etc and life was really painful.I think its unusual for someone in a position of prominence to go through something like that but its not really unusual in life, she added.The 28-year-old Hathaway, who is dating actor Adam Shulman after breaking up with Italian real estate developer Raffaello Follieri, is looking forward to turning a year older Nov 12.
