Priyanka Chopra says her character in 'The Matrix 4' is unexpected

(Web Desk) – Details regarding the characters and story of the upcoming fourth installment of The Matrix franchise are scarce, but now, star Priyanka Chopra Jonas has added a little more mystery by stating her character is “something you don’t expect.”

“I can’t say much, but she’s something you don’t expect,” she said in an interview. “What I can say is, I finished filming and it was the first movie I did after lockdown and I’ve never felt safer on a set.”

Plot details for The Matrix 4 are currently being kept under wraps by Warner Bros., we do know John Wick filmmakers Chad Stahelski and David Leitch – who served as stunt performers and coordinators on 1999’s The Matrix and its sequels The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions – are returning to help out on certain action sequences.
