LAHORE (Dunya News) – Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor on Thursday expressed hope that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan would work to improve ties between Pakistan and India.
Kapoor was referring to post-election speech by Imran Khan, who called for an end to “blame game” between the nuclear-armed neighbours.

Imran Khan, whose PTI party was winning the election against major rival PML-N on Thursday, urged dialogue between Pakistan and India, saying it was the only option to improve ties between the two countries.
"We have to put an end to our decades long hostilities. This one-sided relationship has to end. Pakistan is ready to engage in talks with India. We are ready to settle our disputes," he added.
The star cricketer-turned politican said his government would facilitate trade ties and work on issues that have been a source of discontentment between Islamabad and Kabul.
"Trade is a solution. We have to collaborate on issues that are best for the subcontinent. Pakistan wants peace with its neighbours.... and peace with India is a must for the whole region.
