MBBS Part-III results cancelled, new results in a week

The students had protested citing errors in results. Their protest led to action by the UHS authorities that cancelled the results and assured that new results would be issued in a week.Students of medical colleges in Punjab had been protesting against errors in results for three days.They said there were a number of errors in the results which cannot be accepted.Punjab Medical College Principal Riaz Dhab said UHS has confirmed cancellation of results, while new results would be compiled in five days.The Student Action Committee said that their delegation met UHS authorities today to point out mistakes in results. Following the meeting, the UHS cancelled the erroneous results and ordered re-checking.The students have suspended their protest pending correction of results.
