Summary Academic activities were disrupted in schools of Dera Murad Jamali because of protests by teachers.
Members of Government Teachers Association (GTA) today locked up all boys and girls high schools across the city against transfer of teachers on political basis.The protest is likely to affect nearly thousands of students enrolled in different block grant high schools across city.The agitating teachers demanded reversal of transfers made otherwise, warned of continuity of the strike till the fulfillment of demands.
